As office secretary, Tracy ensures a smooth daily working environment for CDI staff and clients. Tracy's background is in business operations. She retired from IBM after 30 years as the Librarian in Palo Alto. In addition, her skills have enabled her to volunteer her secretarial expertise and services to many organizations including East Bayshore Employment, Ecumenical Hunger Program, Women’s Resource Center, Tulip Jones Women’s Club, EPA Senior Center, Saint Vincent de Paul San Mateo and Santa Clara counties, St. Francis Parish, OICW, EPA Senior Center, Rebuilding Together, Palo Alto Historical Association, IBM Quarter Century Club, Palo Alto High School and St. Elizabeth Seton Libraries, Personal Senior Care, and Laurel Avenue Church of Christ.
